What a lead costs

A lead whose size isn't clear costs 2. The offer card shows the cost on its button, Accept · 2 credits, before you commit.

Packs are charged to the card your Dentz plan uses, and each gets a tax invoice under Billing. Only the owner can buy packs.
Reporting a bad lead
- On Leads, find the accepted lead under Your leads and press Bad lead.
- Pick what went wrong: couldn't reach the customer, wrong or dead number, fake or test request, duplicate, not a dent repair job, or other.
- Add a note if it helps (it's required for Other) and press Report. The lead is closed.
