Questions from repairers
What do the leads cost?
Nothing extra. Customer requests from this site are routed to subscribers at no charge per lead: the subscription covers the software and the work that comes with it. You see the damage, the photos and the distance, and you accept only the jobs you want.
How does a lead reach me?
A customer sends photos and their location. We offer the job to up to five businesses whose service area covers that point, nearest first, by email and in your leads inbox. The first to accept gets the customer's contact details and the rest are closed out, so nobody wastes a phone call.
Do I need to load a price list before I can quote?
No. Onboarding asks five prices you already know by heart, such as what you charge for a small door ding and for a golf-ball dent on a bonnet, and fits your whole retail curve and hail matrix from them. You can adjust anything afterwards.
What does the subscription include?
Quoting from your own rate book, jobs and scheduling, technician assignment, before-and-after photo reports, SARS-ready tax invoices with gapless numbering, card and EFT payments, commission tracking, and the customer leads from this site. It is built for South African PDR businesses rather than adapted from somewhere else.
