Car owners send photos of their dent to Dentz. We offer the job to up to five repairers whose service area covers the car. The first to accept gets the customer's name and number; the others are closed out and never see them.
Switching it on
Under Settings → Rules → Public profile and leads, switch on List my business publicly and send me matched leads and set your base city and travel radius.
When an offer arrives
- It appears under Offered to you on Leads, on your dashboard, and as a push notification on your phone. You see the car, how far away it is, the suburb, the description and the photos — not the customer's details.
- Open the photos full size to judge the damage. Optionally press Price it up to work out privately what you'd charge (see Pricing a lead).
- Press Accept to take it, or Not for me to pass it straight to the next workshop in range. Passing can't be undone.
- Once accepted, the lead moves to Your leads with the customer's name and number. Press Add customer & quote to start their quote.
Your leads
Your leads lists everything that's yours to quote: accepted marketplace leads (marked Dentz) and requests from your own page (marked Your page). Tap the number to call. Quote starts a quote with the customer and photos already filled in; Mark lost clears a lead you won't be quoting.
