The job sheet
A job opens with the number plate, car, customer and what you'll earn, with Call, WhatsApp and Go (directions) buttons. Under The work, the car drawing shows panels still to do in amber and done in green. Each panel lists its dents in your price list's sizes.
- Press Start work. The clock starts and the camera opens for a before photo of the first panel.
- Work the panel. Take the after photo from the same angle and light.
- Tick This panel is done — the next panel opens.
- Need a break? Stop for now pauses your clock; Back on it restarts it.
- When every panel is ticked, press Finish the job.
Hand-over
- Check — tick every item on your business's checklist. All must be ticked to go on.
- Hand over — review the photos going on the customer's report. A panel missing an after photo is flagged, but doesn't stop you.
- The customer signs on the screen and you type their name. Both are optional — if they're not there, leave it blank and the report still goes out.
- Press Complete the job.
Then Send report on WhatsApp. If your role can issue invoices, the invoice goes too; otherwise it waits for the office as a draft.
