Marking panels
Choose the body shape above the drawing — Car, SUV, Bakkie or Van; the front of the car is at the top. Click every damaged panel. Each opens in the list beside the drawing, in walk-round order, with a dot showing whether it's been counted yet.
Counting dents by size
An open panel has one row per size on your price list (up to 16 mm, up to 20 mm and so on) with − and + buttons. Most people never touch the mouse here:
- Count up or down by 1
- ↑↓
- Count up by 10
- Shift↑
- Next size, then the next panel
- Enter
Difficulty
Open Difficulty on a panel to add what makes it harder — body line, aluminium, restricted access and whatever else your price list has. Each adds a percentage and the quote says why the price went up.
Photos
Open Photos on a panel to tag the customer's photos to it, or upload, drop or paste your own. Tagged photos show on the customer's quote and on the technician's job sheet.
Pricing a panel by hand
Owners and admins can open Price by hand on a panel, type a price and say why ("aluminium, took twice as long"). The reason goes on the quote and into your pricing report.
Checking the price
The total at the bottom updates as you count. Click it to see every line, the VAT, and any warnings — for example a panel that's close to the cost of replacing it.
