Booking a job
- Open the job. An unscheduled job shows Next · Give this job a date.
- Pick the start and end.
- Press Save & notify. The job moves to Scheduled and the customer is emailed their booking.
To move a booking, use Change the date on the job. From the jobs board, Schedule… in a card's ⋯ menu opens the job with the booking form ready. Your dashboard lists approved jobs with no date under Waiting on you.
The calendar
Jobs → Calendar shows the week, Monday to Sunday, with every booked car. Use ◀ and ▶ to move a week, and This week to come back. Click a job to open it.
Letting customers book themselves
Switch on Let customers pick their own time in Settings → Rules → Your diary. After approving, a customer sees your free slots within your hours, notice period and capacity, and one tap books the job. It appears on the calendar straight away.
