Every job page has a What happens next band that shows the one thing to do now. At the end of a job:
- When the work is done, press Send to the hand-over checks. The job moves to QA.
- Tick each check from your checklist. Each tick saves straight away.
- Type who signed the car off, if you like.
- Press Close & invoice the customer, or Close, invoice later to leave a draft invoice to check first.
The repair report
The customer's report shows their car, the date, the value, and the photos panel by panel: damage, before, during and after. If the customer signed on the phone, their signature and name are on it. They can save it as a PDF for their service history.
After closing, Copy link gives you the report link to send on WhatsApp.
